All Sand Mountain Park fitness classes are for people of all ages and abilities and classes can be modified for all experience levels.

AQUAFIT
Shallow water fitness class for all abilities.

LES MILLS BODY PUMP
A barbell-based workout that’s specifically designed to help you get learn, toned, and fit.

SPIN
Indoor cycling class combining a foundation of cycling movements to create a low impact, high calorie burning workout.

STRONG SENIORS
Low-impact exercise class helping to improve strength, promote cardiovascular endurance and increase range of motion.

PILATES
Movements using bodyweight to strengthen your abs, back, and glutes.

POWER WAVES
Shallow water fitness class for all abilities.

YOGA
The word yoga means to ‘yoke’ or ‘unite’; the practice aims to create a union between mind and body.

LES MILLS RPM
RPM = Raw Power in Motion. An indoor cycling class where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low-impact, and you can burn up to 500 calories in one session.

DANCE FITNESS
A people-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with bodyweight toning.
