LES MILLS BODY PUMP
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 400 calories in just one session!
CARDIO & CORE
A full-body workout that gets your heart pumping and muscles moving combined with a challenging mix of intense and dynamic core stabilizing exercises.

LES MILLS GRIT
30-minute high-intensity interval training workout designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness, and build lean muscle.
High Intensity Interval Training that combines bodyweight training, strength, and cardio.
A people-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with bodyweight toning.
Movements using bodyweight to strengthen your abs, back, and glutes.
An intense aqua workout with interval training to improve overall fitness.
LES MILLS RPM
RPM = Raw Power in Motion. An indoor cycling class where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low-impact, and you can burn up to 500 calories in one session.
SPIN & LIFT
Cycling class with intervals of “on the bike” training alternated with weight training “off the bike” to perform a complete cardio and strength workout.
A multi-training system for strength, HIIT, core, power, and recovery.
Yoga combines physical exercises, mental meditation, and breathing techniques to strengthen the muscles, increase flexibility, and relieve stress.
A beginner walking/running class with the goal to jog a 5K upon completion on March 6, 2021.
Instructor-led group runs designed for beginners or those looking to increase their mileage. Pick a distance between 2-4 miles and run with friends!
Low-impact exercise class helping to improve strength, promote cardiovascular endurance and increase range of motion.
