-Holding onto the side with both hands and blowing bubbles
-Both hands on the side and 5 bobs
-123, Blow bubbles
-Hold onto wall and kick on stomach
-Free kick with noodle under arms
-Freestyle kick holding board sideways
-Freestyle kick holding board longways
-Backstroke Kick, arms by side with noodle support
-Backstroke Kick with arms by side
-Jump into deep water with instructor but allow head to go under
-Jump into deep water, assisted, and swim back to side
-Backstroke kick with arms above in streamline
-Kick 25 yards on back and stomach with board, unassisted
-Intro to backstroke with arms emphasizing straight arm recovery
-25 yd backstroke unassisted
-Push off wall on stomach
-Streamline drill emphasizing looking down /side when breathing
-Freestyle 10 yds
-Catch Up free 25 yds
-Regular free 25 yds
