Fitness Assessment
We will be offering a 30-day fitness challenge plan for members that will begin on June 1st! Tricia Morris and Myah Mason will be conducting fitness assessments.
Assessments include:
-Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire
-Health History Questionnaire
-Biometric measurements: Height/Weight/Body Mass Index/Girth
-Nutritional Analysis
-Suggested Nutritional Planning
-Weekly Workouts
