Adult Basketball League Registration
Adult Basketball is back at Sand Mountain Park, and registration opens soon. Gather your team and get ready for a competitive winter league played on our brand-new hardwood courts.
Registration Details:
Registration opens December 29, 2025, and closes February 4, 2026. This is a team-only registration through RecDesk. Individual registrations will not be accepted.
The head coach of each team must complete registration and submit the $715 team fee at checkout or before the first scheduled game. Officials’ fees are included in the registration cost. Team rosters may include up to 12 players.
League Format:
The league will begin Wednesday, February 11, 2026. Teams will play eight regular season games, followed by a single elimination tournament. All games will be played on Wednesday nights.
All games will take place on SMPA’s new hardwood basketball courts, featuring LED lighting and electronic scoreboards.
Player Requirements:
Each player must complete the Adult Basketball Player Forms Winter 2026 to be eligible to participate. These forms can be found on RecDesk under Programs. Players must be 18 years old before February 11, 2026.
Teams are required to provide matching jerseys with numbers. A minimum of six teams is required for the league to be formed.
Additional Information:
Head coaches are required to attend a coaches meeting on February 11. The meeting time will be announced at a later date. All dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
